Crepes

Today I didn't have to work until 11, so I decided I should make breakfast for my family. I picked this crepe mix up from work a while ago and haven't had time to make them until today. I decided to put chocolate chips and bananas inside the crepe, and on top, (I went crazy) and added powdered sugar, whipped cream, syrup and heath bar chips on them. It was absolutely delicious and I could have had thirty. This meal was a success!

Since I have been constantly watching Sex and the City, fashion has been on my mind. While I can't quite remember where I found these two photos I really enjoy them and find the art and beauty in each one. The outfits are so chic and exciting I needed to post them. This is my second consecutive day posting which is odd, but hopefully can occur more often, I love to post i am just so busy running around there doesn't seem to be time. Well, it looks like Tuesday is starting to turn my week around. And now, I have plans for Saturday with a dear friend, so I have inspiration to make it through the first week back at school!

What a day....

I have had such a Monday it is hard to fathom. Today was my first day back at school and I of course, arrived fashionably tardy. I tried my best to get out of the house as quick as possible but time was my enemy today, as it always is. After school, I was very very hungry and wanted to relax in front of the fire and eat, but dinner was not ready and my dad and brothers didn't look like they were going to get anything together very quickly. So, I decided to make delicious homemade pizzas, I just wanted to turn my Monday around and bake a delicious dinner to make my family happy. The pizza was of course a hit(not meaning to toot my own horn or anything) and really very uniquely made. But, then, I knew the only thing to really end my Monday with a bang would be dessert. Oh dessert. So good. Yet such a hard thing to conquer. I found a recipe for "Unfussy Apple Cake" well, unfussy it was not. While the ingredients were simple the cake decided to take twice as long as it needed to and sort of looks like bread pudding. The problem occured when I went to put it on a nice plate to cool and it fell in half with runny, battery dough all over the place. I will try this again one day but for today it tasted good with my eyes closed. Hope this wasn't a taste of how my week will be.
