A little snack:)







 
The other day I was completely starved and it was about four o' clock, which is neither lunch nor dinner. So, I decided to whip up a fresh batch of bruschetta for myself. It was really easy to make which I always love, and way healthier than chips or ramen noodles. Here's what I did: first, I diced up some very fresh tomatoes and mixed them with a little olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and basil(from a plant I have in my kitchen, so delish and straight from the vine!!). Then, I toasted a couple pieces of baguette in the oven with a quick dab of olive oil to crisp it. After the bread was toasted I just put the tomato mixture on top and had myself a delicious 15-minute snack!
